# Await admin activation

> What to expect while your account is under review and how to check your status.

After submitting your profile and KYC documents:

* The Monieswitch compliance team will review your information.
* This process may take up to 24 hours (business days).
* You will receive an email notification once your account is approved or if additional information is required.

## How to check your status

* Log in to your dashboard.
* If your account is still pending, you will see a status banner or message.
* If approved, you will have full access to all enabled features.
